PRIVACY INFORMATION

Operator of the website "polyamory.pro" (hereinafter referred to as "Website") and author of the project "World For Polyamory" Ondřej Kubal (hereinafter also referred to as "Operator"), hereby, as a personal data administrator, informs about the principles of privacy protection and the collection of personal data.

SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Some personal data may be collected through the Website, and  in particular:
a) contact details (e-mail address)
b) date of birth (non-public data, only for calculating current age)
c) gender and sexual orientation (only for informational purposes for familiarization) birth number) data. Only the data that the website user himself and voluntarily enters into the forms on the website are collected, primarily for the purpose of creating his profile and possibly getting to know or communicating with other users of the website.

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

All personal data is processed in a legal and transparent manner in accordance with the purpose for which it was provided. The Operator processes and uses the collected personal data for the purposes of fulfilling its purpose, namely primarily the provision of services in the field of dating. Other subcontractors may be used to fulfill this purpose, but only always for the established or anticipated purpose. Personal data may thus be made available in particular to processors and recipients who provide server, web, cloud or IT services, or services related to the Operator's business (e.g.: provision or provision of services, marketing, transport of goods, repair and service) , delivery of a part, etc.).

PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING PERIOD

Personal data is processed at least for the time necessary for the provision of the Operator's services, or the fulfillment of other legal obligations , which are binding for the Operator; otherwise for an indefinite period until the consent to their processing is revoked by the authorized person.

RIGHTS ARISING FROM THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

Anyone whose personal data is processed has the following rights:
a) the right to access to personal data;
b) the right to correction;
c) the right to deletion ("the right to be forgotten");
d) the right to  ;restriction of data processing;
e) the right to object to processing; a
f) the right to file a complaint about the processing of personal data.

All these rights can be exercised in relation to the Operator via the e-mail address: info@polyamory.pro. In case of dissatisfaction with the processing of the application, the applicant can file a complaint with the supervisory authority, i.e. with the Office for the Protection of Personal Data (www.uoou.cz).

These Personal Data Protection Principles are effective from 17.10.2022.
